Terms of Service

1. What BebshaFlow is

BebshaFlow is a web application that helps online sellers manage products, stock, orders, sales and profit in one place.

What BebshaFlow is not:

• We are not a courier. We do not collect, carry or deliver any parcel.
• We are not a payment provider. We do not hold or transfer your money or your customers' money.
• We are not accountants or tax advisers. The figures in the app are a summary of what you enter, not certified accounts.
• We do not sell anything to your customers, and we never contact them.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

You must use BebshaFlow for a real business, and only for goods and activities that are legal in Bangladesh.

3. Your account

• Keep your password private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us immediately at mdjaber.d01@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
• Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• One account is for one business. Do not share your login with people outside your business.

4. Your data and your customers' data

Your business data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

When you enter a customer's name, phone number or address, you are responsible for that information:

• Only enter information you are entitled to collect.
• Handle it in line with the law and with what your customers would reasonably expect.
• Do not enter information about people who are not connected to your orders.

We store and protect this information on your behalf. We do not use it for our own purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

5. What you must not do

Do not use BebshaFlow to:

• sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited in Bangladesh
• store information about people unrelated to your business
• send spam or harass anyone
• attempt to access another seller's data
• break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service
• resell or rent access to the service without our written permission

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Price and payment

Right now, BebshaFlow is free while we build it with our early sellers. We will give clear notice before any charges begin.

When paid plans start:

• Prices will be shown in Bangladeshi Taka and displayed before you subscribe.
• Payment is collected manually, for example through bKash, until automated billing is available.
• Plans are billed for one month at a time unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices. Existing sellers will get at least 30 days' notice by email or inside the app before a change applies to them.

7. Free trial

New sellers get a 14 day free trial. No payment is required to start.

At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan or stop using the service. If you do not choose a paid plan, your account may become read-only or be closed. We will tell you before that happens, and we will give you a chance to export your data.

8. Cancelling and refunds

• You may cancel at any time by writing to mdjaber.d01@gmail.com.
• If you cancel part way through a paid month, your access continues until the end of that month.
• We do not give refunds for part of a month that has already started.
• If something goes seriously wrong on our side, contact us. We will look at each case fairly and may offer a refund or credit where it is reasonable.

9. Accuracy of figures

The sales, stock and profit figures shown in BebshaFlow are calculated from the information you enter.

If the information you enter is incomplete or wrong, the figures will be wrong too. The figures do not include every business cost unless you have recorded that cost in the app.

Do not rely on these figures alone for tax, loans, or legal filings. Check them against your own records.

10. Availability

We work to keep BebshaFlow available and reliable, but we do not promise it will never be down.

We may need to pause the service for maintenance or upgrades. Where we can, we will give notice first.

Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.

11. Ending the service

You may stop using BebshaFlow and ask us to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or other sellers at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Except in urgent cases, we will contact you first.

If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

12. Limits of our responsibility

BebshaFlow is provided as it is. We do not promise it will meet every need or be free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:

• lost sales, lost profit, or lost business opportunity
• loss or corruption of data, although we take reasonable care to prevent it
• decisions you make based on figures in the app
• anything done by a courier, a payment provider, a social media platform, or any other third party

Where we are found responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem arose.

Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility that cannot legally be removed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. If you keep using BebshaFlow after that, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
